AEON Bank has just announced that it will be hosting its Merdeka Bonus campaign in conjunction with Merdeka and Malaysia 2026. It is a six-week campaign that will run from 17 August to 27 September 2026 and is meant to reward the bank’s customers while encouraging them to adopt and conduct more digital transactions.
Per the official press release, AEON Bank is offering its customers the opportunity to earn rewards through DuitNow QR transactions. One of the rewards sees 69 weekly lucky winners selected at random to receive RM31 in cash, which will be credited directly to their AEON Bank Savings Account-i.
To stand a chance of winning the weekly draw, customers will receive one lucky draw ticket for every receipt with a minimum spend of RM15 using DuitNow QR. Over the six-week campaign, a total of 414 lucky winners will be rewarded, with each eligible customer able to win up to three times for a maximum cumulative reward of RM93.
According to the company’s terms and conditions, customers must have successfully registered and activated their accounts, and be active AEON Bank customers during the campaign period, to be eligible for the lucky draw. However, customers whose accounts have been terminated, closed, suspended, or are deemed delinquent or unsatisfactorily conducted by the bank are not eligible to participate.
