The realme 14x has finally made its way to Malaysia as the first and the most affordable model from the 14 series. As the successor to the 12x, the new smartphone comes with increased durability and a better chipset, but unlike the Indian version, the battery capacity and charging speed remains the same as its predecessor.

In case you missed it, the 14x sports a 6.67-inch 720p LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 625 nits. Internally, the entry-level smartphone runs on a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset while for protection, it comes with an improved IP64 rating for dust and water resistance alongside an MIL-STD-810H rating  for drop resistance. Unfortunately, the Malaysian version gets a lower water resistance rating than the Indian version’s IP69 rating.

As for connectivity, it supports 5G, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.3, and NFC. Additionally, it comes with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and ships with realme UI 5.0 based on Android 14.
