CIMB Announces MyDebit System Scheduled Downtimes For June 2025

They’re happening in the early mornings on different dates, but still worth a heads up for customers.

CIMB has issued a notice on its official website regarding scheduled downtimes affecting its MyDebit system next month. According to the bank, the maintenance works will take place on several dates throughout June, beginning at midnight and continuing into the morning hours.

During these periods, CIMB customers will be unable to use their debit cards at MyDebit terminals, including at toll booths and certain stores. The scheduled maintenance windows are as follows:

  • 7 June 2025 (Saturday): 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM
  • 11 June 2025 (Wednesday): 12:00 AM – 5:00 AM
  • 12 June 2025 (Thursday): 12:00 AM – 5:00 AM
  • 21 June 2025 (Saturday): 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM

It’s important to note that these downtimes apply only to the MyDebit system. Other CIMB services, such as online banking, will remain operational during this period.
