National automaker Proton has partnered with Continental Malaysia to introduce integrated tyre services at its selected authorised  service centres across the country for all its models. With this initiative, customers can conveniently purchase and install tyres during their regular service appointments.

The automaker stated that the prices start at RM211 per unit for the Proton Saga. Additionally, as part of its expansion plans, the automaker aims to roll out this new service at 60 outlets nationwide, ensuring greater accessibility for customers. By Q2 of 2026, the company aims to have all outlets offer the service.

Each tyre purchase is also backed by Continental Malaysia’s Total Confidence Plan (TCP), which includes a one-year road hazard warranty offering one-to-one tyre replacement in the event of unexpected damage. For added flexibility, Proton has also partnered with Direct Lending to offer financing options, enabling customers to spread the cost of tyre purchases through affordable monthly instalments.

Furthermore, through this strategic collaboration, the company is planning to transform its service centres into one-stop hubs that offer tyre sales, professional installation, and complete after-sales support. In addition to its tyre services, Proton offers a range of other after-sales solutions designed to enhance the overall ownership experience. These include the ProCare Smart Plan (PSP), which provides substantial savings on maintenance packages with the option of flexible financing.

The MyProton App offers customers a seamless digital experience for service scheduling, real-time updates, and vehicle management. Proton also delivers comprehensive Body & Paint (B&P) services, ensuring expert accident repairs, as well as the Proton Insurance Programme (PIP), which offers customised insurance solutions for added peace of mind.
