Maybank has announced that it will be performing a planned system maintenance on this upcoming Saturday, 10 May 2025, as well as the following Saturday, 17 May 2025. During the scheduled maintenance, which the bank conducts periodically to ensure a smooth banking experience, users will be unable to access several online services.
For both dates, the maintenance period will begin from 12AM and last until 8AM for ATMs. Throughout the scheduled maintenance, all ATM services will be unavailable, including balance inquiries, withdrawals, as well as funds transfers.
Meanwhile, services on Maybank2u web, MAE app, and Maybank2u Biz web and app will be unavailable from 3AM to 8AM on both dates. During this five-hour period, users will be unable to access all DuitNow services, including DuitNow Transfer, DuitNow Request, and DuitNow QR. JomPay, Interbank GIRO, FPX transactions, as well as Debit Mandate services will also be unavailable.
