Mobile accessory manufacturer Clicks has expanded its keyboard case lineup to include Android devices, following its initial launch for the iPhone 16 series last year. The new cases are compatible with a dedicated Android version of the Clicks Keyboard mobile app, enabling users to customise key functionalities such as caps lock, return, and the Clicks key.

The overall design remains similar to the iPhone version, functioning as a sleeve that users insert their phone into. Once connected, users can type using physical keys through the companion app. The cases feature backlit keys, USB-C charging, and shortcut support for an enhanced typing experience.

Clicks states that these new Android-compatible cases incorporate “brushed metal side keys, a microfibre interior, and precision-moulded enclosures” designed specifically for each supported smartphone. However, availability is currently limited to select models, including the Google Pixel 9 and 9 Pro, the vanilla Samsung Galaxy S25, and the Motorola Razr+. No versions for the Pixel 9 Pro XL, or the Plus and Ultra variants of the Galaxy S25 have been announced at this time.

The company has also integrated a “strong magnetic array” into the Pixel 9 and 9 Pro cases, improving compatibility with wireless chargers. Meanwhile, the Razr+ variant is split into two halves to ensure the device remains foldable.

The Pixel 9 and 9 Pro cases will launch first at the end of April, with a pre-order price of RM444. The Motorola Razr+ model will follow in May, available for RM220 with a pre-order cutoff date of March 21. Lastly, the Samsung Galaxy S25 version will begin shipping in June, also priced at RM220 for pre-orders placed before March 21.
