TIME dotCom, the company behind TIME Internet, has recently introduced its new all-in-one solar solution service, Emit Solar. Operated under its Time Energy division, the new service offers solar photovoltaic (PV) systems for landed houses, enabling monthly electricity bill savings of up to RM493 per month.

Emit Solar ensures affordable custom solar installations with no upfront payments, as well as transparent monthly fees. With fixed monthly payments over 10 years or shorter terms such as five or seven years, customers can then wholly own the systems afterward. The savings on TNB bills match the payments, essentially making the system free, with savings kicking in immediately after activation. Additionally, Emit Solar provides 24/7 monitoring and support, as well as repairs and replacements, providing peace of mind without extra charges or warranty concerns.

Emit Solar provides three types of solar installations designed for small, medium, and even large houses. Choices include a 4kWp system that’s claimed to allow for monthly TNB bill savings of RM234/month, a 6kWp option that allows savings of RM344/month, and 10kWp for larger houses which is estimated to save you RM493/month. According to TIME, these figures are based on SEDA’s NEM Calculator for a RM500 TNB bill on a three-phase power supply, while actual results may vary.
