Samsung has just officially announced its first flagship Galaxy S devices for 2023 in the form of Galaxy S23 Ultra, Galaxy S23+, and Galaxy S23. As you may expect, all three models are coming to Malaysia very soon.
In fact, Samsung has begun to accept pre-orders for the Galaxy S23 Series in Malaysia while the Galaxy Unpacked in San Francisco still going on. For this year’s model, the pre-order program generally revolves around storage.
For example, pre-order customers are able to purchase a Galaxy S23 with 256GB at the price of the 128GB model. Here is what being made available through the pre-order program which will last until 23 February 2023:
- Galaxy S23 256GB: RM3,899 (normal price RM4,199)
- Galaxy S23+ 512GB: RM4,699 (normal price RM5,199)
- Galaxy S23 Ultra 512GB: RM5,699 (normal price RM6,199)
- Galaxy S23 Ultra 1TB: RM6,699 (normal price RM7,199)
At the same time, the pre-order program will also provide RM400 E-Voucher that customers can use to buy selected accessories, Galaxy Tab, Galaxy Watch, and Galaxy Buds if they are pre-ordering Galaxy S23 Ultra, Galaxy S23+, or Galaxy S23 through Samsung Online Store. However, this voucher must be utilized on the spot.
Customers who prefer to pre-order any of the Galaxy S23 Series devices at the physical Samsung Experience Stores or Samsung Authorised Partners, they will be provided with free accessories worth up to RM458. Samsung did not provide us with the exact arrangement but we were told that the accessories come in the form of Galaxy S23 Series Silicone Group Cover and the 15W Super Fast Wireless Charger Duo.
In addition to that, pre-order customers at all three retail channels can obtain between 20% to 30% off purchase-with-purchase (PWP) for selected Galaxy S23 Series accessories, Galaxy Tab, Galaxy Watch, Galaxy Buds and Samsung Care+. Last but not least, those who want to trade in their old device may also obtain an additional rebate of up to RM600.
