Huawei Watch GT 3 Series Price In Malaysia Starts From RM999

The pre-order program for the watch will last until early December.

Its arrival in Malaysia was first announced by Huawei last month during its APAC Autumn launch event but it is only now that the company’s Watch GT 3 Series is finally available to consumers. Simultaneously with the start of its pre-order program last weekend, the company has also revealed the pricing for the new smartwatch in our market.

As mentioned in our previous report, the Huawei Watch GT 3 Series can be obtained in two case sizes including the 46mm version which also carries a 1.43-inch AMOLED display and has a battery life of up to 14 days. On another hand, there is also the 42mm version that features a 1.32-inch screen and 7 days of battery life.

Outside of these differences, both variants generally have the same features which include more than 100 sports modes, a dual-band global navigation satellite system, and a water-resistant rating of 5ATM. They are also equipped with around-the-clock blood oxygen saturation and heart rate monitor as well as a built-in AI-powered running coach.

As bizarre as this might sound, it doesn’t really matter which case size you choose though as both of them have the same price. The base model which comes with a fluoroelastomer strap costs RM999 while the Watch GT 3 with a leather strap is listed at RM1,099.

Do note that the Milanese strap on the right side of the image above is not available in Malaysia.

When it comes to the Watch GT 3 pre-order program which will last until 3 December, the case size still matters though. This is because the 42mm model comes with a RM 200 instant rebate but customers that choose the 46mm variant will be provided with a free Huawei FreeLace wireless headset instead.
