Two months after they were first announced to the world, it looks like Apple is finally ready to launch the Beats Studio Buds in Malaysia. While the new earbuds are still being listed as unavailable on Apple Malaysia’s online store, several local Apple Authorised Resellers (AARs) have announced that they will start taking pre-orders for the Beats Studio Buds on 18 August.

Among AARs that have announced the pre-order program include Machines, Switch, and SNS Network’s iTworld. They have also noted that customers have the choice to pre-order the Beats Studios Buds via their physical retail outlets or online stores including in Lazada or Shopee.

Interesting enough, these AAR have said that pre-order customers will be able to obtain the Beats Studios Buds for RM599 instead of their original RM629 price tag. At Machines and iTworld outlets, customers also have the option to place an RM100 deposit first instead of paying the full amount.

Despite being made by Apple, the Beats Studio Buds looked distinctively different from AirPods. Comes standard with features such as Active Noise Cancellation, and Transparency Mode, the earbuds battery life is rated at up to 8 hours or 24 hours if you add their charging case into the picture.

These earbuds have also been designed to meet the IPX4 standards which means that they are sweat and water-resistant. The Beats Studios Buds also come with the Fast Fuel quick charge feature that provides them with up to 1 hour of playback with 5 minutes of charging time.
