As the company said it would, Xiaomi has announced the Mi 10T series of phones. The whole series consists of three devices in total, which are the base device, as well as a Pro and Lite model.

Starting off with the Xiaomi Mi 10T Pro, this comes with a 6.67-inch Full HD+ display, which features a 144Hz refresh rate and adaptive display tech. And it works pretty much the same way as the version of the tech you’ll commonly find on monitors. The company also gave it a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. On the inside, it has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 chipset, and a 5000mAh battery that supports 33W fast charging.

On cameras, the Mi 10T Pro comes with a 108MP shooter as the main camera. Accompanying it is a 13MP wide-angle camera and a 5MP macro camera. You will also be able to shoot 8K videos with these. But Xiaomi has also given them a few more tricks on the software side. These include long exposure presets, dual video, photo and video clones, among others. As for the front-facing camera, it comes with a 20MP shooter.

Xiaomi Mi 10T overview

The basic Xiaomi Mi 10T is pretty much identical to the Pro model. In fact, the one main difference between the two is that the base model comes with a 64MP main shooter instead of 108MP.

Alongside these two is the Xiaomi Mi 10T Lite. Befitting the moniker, it comes with a 120Hz refresh rate for its similarly sized 6.67-inch Full HD+display. For its chipset, it runs a Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G. The battery is also slightly smaller, at 4820mAh, but it supports the same 33W fast charging.

Oddly enough, the Xiaomi Mi 10T Lite comes with a quad-camera combo. This consists of the 64MP main shooter, the 8MP wide-angle camera, a 2MP macro sensor and a 2MP depth sensor. In front, it comes with a 16MP camera.

Xiaomi Mi 10T price

All three devices come in two RAM and storage configurations. The Xiaomi Mi 10T Pro comes in 8GB + 128GB and 8GB + 256GB configurations, which are priced at EUR599 (~RM2928) and EUR649 (~RM3172), respectively.

The base model, on the other hand, has 6GB + 128GB and 8GB + 128GB configurations, for EUR499 (~RM2439) and EUR549 (~RM2684), respectively. And finally, the Mi 10T Lite has 6GB + 64GB and 6GB + 128GB configurations for EUR279 (~RM1364) and EUR329 (~RM1608), respectively.

Local pricing and availability have not been announced for any of them just yet. But Xiaomi Malaysia has scheduled another announcement event on 6 October. That will be when we will learn more about those.
