Pizza Hut has recently introduced a new approach for customers to order their food. Aside from using their delivery hotline, website and mobile application, users can now order their pizzas for delivery or self-collection directly via the company’s official WhatsApp account.
From there, a dedicated chatbot will be available to attend to customer orders. Users could also choose the desired language for communication, and decide whether the food should be delivered at their location or collected at the nearest restaurant.
Interactions are mostly selection based, where the bot will ask users to answer with simple numbers that are associated with certain responses. All in all, the experience is very straightforward and easy to navigate.
The official Pizza Hut account on the popular private messaging service is live starting today. Those interested to try out this new service can contact 016 755 2525 on WhatsApp.
