Taking advantage of interactive stickers on instant messaging apps have changed the way people communicate these days. With the use of stickers, people are able to set apart the tone of a conversation.
According to WhatsApp features tracker WABetaInfo, WhatsApp has finally introduced a dedicated sticker search tool for users to take advantage through its latest beta 2.20.198.5 version. At the time of writing, if you wish to join the beta test, do note that beta servers are currently fully occupied.
Similar to finding an emoji, WhatsApp users will be able to find the sticker search tool by tapping on the sticker icon situated next to the GIF and Emoji. Upon doing so, users will be able to find the stickers categorised into several tabs based on respective categories.
Although WhatsApp has released this new feature on its latest beta version, it is worth noting that users will only be able to use this feature once after they have tapped on it the first time. This is because the feature is currently under development and the full version will only be released at a later date.
While no official word has been revealed on when this feature will permanently be made available for use, we will provide you with an update as soon as we receive further information regarding this.
