Vivo Malaysia has announced that the Y15 2020 is now available for purchase. If you’ve been waiting for a phone by the company that’s closer to the entry-level range, then this may be the phone you’ve been waiting for. After all, this comes after a string of releases for the mid-range bracket, with the last one being the V17.
The Vivo Y15 2020 comes with a 6.35-inch HD+ display, a MediaTek P22 chipset, 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. It runs Funtouch OS 9 which is based on Android 9 Pie, and is powered by a 5000mAh battery. The massive battery and the screen resolution looks like a decent combination to ensuring a long battery life.
For cameras, it comes with a 13MP + 8MP + 2MP triple camera setup at the back. It also has a fingerprint sensor here. In front, it comes with a 16MP unit. It charges using a Micro-USB port, but it supports Bluetooth 5.0 and 802.11ac WiFi.
The Vivo Y15 2020 is now available for RM599. It comes in two colours, Phantom Black and Burgundy Red. You can either get it from Vivo’s own online store, or from online shopping platforms Lazada and Shopee.
