When SOCAR was launched locally early last year, it provided a door-to-door service that delivered the car you intend to rent straight to you. But back then, the service was only available in bangsar and Damansara Heights. The company has just announced that it has expanded the coverage area of the service. It has also rebranded the service, and is now known as SOCAR2U.
With the expansion, the service now covers “the span from USJ21 to Bukit Bintang to Kota Damansara”. As before, you get to choose where you pick up and return the car. You’ll have to pay RM10 for the service, but it’s not too bad for the convenience that it gives.
In addition to the expanded service, SOCAR also announced that it has expanded its fleet since the expansion of its service in Penang, which was announced earlier this year. Its fleet now of over 2000 cars, and over 26 models to choose from. The company also claims that new cars are added to the fleet almost every month.
SOCAR Malaysia is also celebrating its 500000 members and 1000 SOCAR zones milestone.
