Even though Nubia has just launched the Red Magic 3 a few months ago, it doesn’t stop the company from following it up with the new Red Magic 3S last month. Come this November, the phone will also be available in Malaysia.
At a glance, the Red Magic 3S might look exactly the same as per Red Magic 3. Fret not, your eyes not playing tricks on you because generally, the only major thing that separates them apart is the newer and slightly more powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 Plus on the Red Magic 3S.
The S-model still carries the same 6.65-inch Full HD+ 90Hz display alongside up to 12GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 256GB UFS 3.0 internal storage. Alongside the tiny cooling fan on its back, the phone also still features a rear camera with 48MP Sony IMX 586 sensor and f/1.7 lens as well as a 16MP f/2.0 selfie camera and 5000mAh battery.
The renowned local retailer, DirectD has begun to accept pre-order for the Red Magic 3S which is being listed at RM 2,299 for the 8GB/128GB variant while the higher-end 12GB/256GB model goes for RM 2,899. The company also stated that the phone will arrive in Malaysia this November, so keep a look for its wider release soon.
