Supercell and ESL Announce Brawl Stars World Championship Asia Pacific Qualifiers

Supercell, the mobile game developer behind Clash of Clans, has announced its qualifiers for the Brawl Stars World Championship. The event will be co-hosted with ESL, which will start with an open qualifier on 28 September.

Brawl Stars players from Asia Pacific (APAC) can join the online qualifiers in their nearest region. The qualifiers will be separated between regions, including South East Asia (SEA), Australia and New Zealand.

The top four winners of the SEA open qualifier will proceed to the Brawl Star offline regional finals in Kuala Lumpur. Further, winners will also be awarded cash prizes of US$600 (~RM2,502) and US$300 (~RM1251) for first and second place, and US$150 (~RM625) for the third and fourth.

The winners from the APAC open qualifiers together with teams from India and Indonesia will take part in a two day offline finals held at The Pantheon from 19 to 20 October for a total prize pool of US$7,000 (~RM29190). The event will run in a double elimination, best of five formats.

Winners of the regional finals will then be line for the Brawl Stars World Championship held in South Korea during the month of November, where they will compete against the best teams in the world. Interested teams can sign up to the qualifiers on ESL Play here.
