In addition to having the global debut of nova 5T right here in Malaysia, Huawei has also launched the MediaPad M5 Lite for our market. Originally announced back in January, it is a mid-range tablet that is designed for entertainment consumption and comes with several kid-friendly features.
Powered by Kirin 659 processor, the MediaPad m5 Lite is also equipped with a 10.1-inch WUXGA (1920 x 1200) IPS display. The tablet is also able to support Huawei M Pen stylus which offers 2048 levels of pressure sensitivity.
In addition to that, the MediaPad M5 Lite also features an enhanced eye-comfort mode which is designed to make the tablet more suitable for children. Under this mode, the amount of blue light from the tablet would be toned down and it would also provide a warning when the tablet is too close to one’s face or if it is being used while laying down.
Also equipped with an 8MP rear camera, 8MP selfie camera, and a 7500mAh battery, the MediaPad M5 Lite also comes with a quad-speaker system that has been turned by Harman Kardon. Available with 3GB of RAM and 32GB internal storage, the tablet will be available for pre-order starting from 29 August for RM 1299.
