Back in February, Nike and Sony PlayStation have collaborated to help launch the new signature basketball shoes for Paul George who plays for NBA’s Oklahoma City Thunder. Since then, the company has released an updated model called PG 2.5 and soon, the shoes will be made available in PlayStation colorway.

As opposed to the original PG 2 x PlayStation which features PlayStation 4 paint job, the new PG 2.5 x PlayStation are draped in the Original Grey color scheme which is synonymous with the original PlayStation console. Just like the previous collaborative model, the new shoes will also feature PG and PlayStation logos on their tongue which can be lit up.

The starry-themed sock liners from the February model made a return to the new shoes as well. The PG2 2.5 x PlayStation also features the symbols from the PlayStation controller on its mid-foot strap and back area. They also feature Paul George’s name on their back which is printed in PlayStation font.

To be released throughout the world starting from 1 December onwards, it is not known at the moment whether the new Nike PG 2.5 x PlayStation will be making their way into Malaysia or otherwise. We’ll keep you posted once we receive more information from either PlayStation or Nike.
