If you’re looking for an additional graphics card brands to consider before you purchase one of NVIDIA’s latest GeForce RTX 2080 Ti or RTX 2080 GPUs, ASUS recently announced that it will be releasing not one, but three different variants for each SKU. These variants are the ROG Strix, Turbo, and Dual series GPUs.

Like all other GPUs under the series, the ROG Strix GeForce RTX 2080 Ti and RTX 2080 GPUs sport a new Axial-tech triple-fan cooling solution. The new fans feature a reduced hub in the middle the design, allowing for longer blades that produce stronger downward air pressure and better cooling of the card’s heatsink.

Moving on, the Dual series GeForce RTX 2080 Ti and RTX 2080 GPUs also sport a familiar shroud design. Cards under this line use a two-fan cooling solution that produces higher air pressure than the fans found on the ROG Strix series GPUs. These cards also accommodate a larger heatsink on the new Turing GPU, allowing for improved heat dissipation and more overclocking headroom.

The Turbo series GeForce RTX 2080 Ti and RTX 2080 are basically cards using an 80mm IP5X dual ball bearing fan. The card also features a slim profile, and is designed for gamers and enthusiast seeking to achieve that multi-GPU setup. In all honesty, it’s a bit odd that ASUS would implement this solution, considering NVIDIA itself has chosen to implement a dual fan setup of its own Founders Edition cards.

All three of ASUS’ GPU series will be available in Malaysia starting 20 September 2018. As per our earlier report, you can pre-order the cards via the NVIDIA GeForce official store on Lazada Malaysia.
