The Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 is an excellent mid-range smartphone. It offers great value for money, and it has quite a capable dual-camera system. Here’s our quick unboxing of Xiaomi’s latest mid-range smartphone.

Hardware-wise, the Redmi Note 5 features a 5.99-inch Full HD+ 18:9 IPS display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 chipset paired with 3GB or 4GB of RAM, up to 64GB of expandable storage, a 12MP + 5MP dual-camera system, as well as a 13MP selfie shooter. Packed with a large 4,000mAh battery, it has excellent battery life too.
