MSI has followed up the Intel Coffee Lake H announcement by revealing its own line of updated gaming laptops. The highlight of this new range is the GT75 Titan, which fits an impressive Core i9-8950HK processor paired with dual Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070 graphics cards.

For all intents and purposes the new GT75 Titan is the same as the existing Intel 7th generation powered model. However, that version tops out with the Core i7-7820HK; and is a far cry from the substantially more capable hexa-core i9 process. MSI is claiming that the improvements seen will result in a 70 percent performance jump over its predecessor.

Other specifications are a choice from a single GTX 1070, dual GTX 1070 in a SLI configuration, or a single GTX 1080. The 17.3-inch display comes in two varieties; a UHD (3840 x 2160) IPS panel for the SLI GTX 1070 and GTX 1080, or a FHD 120Hz display for the single GTX 1070. It might have been nice to have a higher refresh rate on the more powerful GPUs, but MSI seems to want to push that down the road of having better graphics.

MSI GE63 Raider RGB Edition

Moving down the range is the GE Raider RGB Edition series. These come in the form of the GE63 and GE73 gaming laptops, which are more or less similar in design and specifications. For now, MSI has furnished us with details on the GE63 version, which fits an Intel Core i7-8600H, and a choice between a GTX 1060 and a GTX 1070. The display on the GE63 Raider also follows the same options as the GT75 Titan.

MSI GS65 Stealth Thin

Finally, there is the GS65 Stealth Thin, which is a relatively new entry to the MSI portfolio. It features a hardware pair that hasn’t been seen anywhere as of yet; sporting both a new Intel Core i7-8700H processor with a GTX 1070 Max-Q design.

As the name and presence of Max-Q technology indicates, this is meant to be a super thin gaming laptop. Something that Nvidia has managed to convince OEMs to attempt, and the formula is still be played with to figure out what works best.

There is no release date for the GT75 Titan and GE Raider RGB Edition right now. But we are aware than the GS65 Stealth Thin is due to be released in Malaysia very soon.
