On top of announcing new iPhone 8, iPhone X, Apple TV 4K and Apple Watch Series 3, Apple also launched new urBeats3 earphones. The Cupertino company also added some new colours to its existing line of headphones.

First up, the urBeats3 earphones look similar to the previous generation. However, the earpiece is now slightly tilted. Apple says that it gives an “optimal ergonomic fit that combines sleek style with iconic Beats sound for all-day wear”. Everything else looks pretty similar, you still get the Beats logo right behind the earpiece, and the inline call, music and volume control also looks similar.

Some of the highlights of the new urBeats3 wired earphones includes a fine-tuned acoustic design that offers you an exceptional listening experience, has a variety of eartip to provide individualised fit for noise isolation, magnetic earbuds, and more. There’s also RemoteTalk button that can activate Siri, take calls, and lets you control your music with just one push.

The new urBeats3 earphone is available in two options – one with a Lightning port for those of you who are using the current iPhone 7, or those who plan on getting the upcoming iPhone 8 or iPhone X. There’s also a traditional 3.5mm audio port option for use with any other devices that you may own. The new urBeats3 earphones is listed on Apple Malaysia’s online store for RM400, and will be available for purchase “this fall”.
