After posting a teaser earlier this month, Illegear today has officially revealed the new gaming laptop that the company has been working on. Called Laguna, the new laptop is positioned under the company’s Z Series family of laptops despite not carrying the moniker as part of its name.
At 27.8mm, the new Laguna is indeed the slimmest model within the Z Series. Equipped with 15.6-inch full HD IPS display, the 2.5kg gaming laptop also comes with Intel Core i7-7700HQ processor as standard and can be equipped with either NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB or GTX 1070 8GB GPU.
Customers can also choose to have their Laguna with up to 32GB of DDR4 RAM, 2TB 2.5-inch solid state drive, and 1TB M.2 solid state drive. Another optional component that customers can have with their Laguna is Killer Wireless-AC 1535 M.2 network card.
In terms of battery-life, the laptop’s 86Whr Prismatic battery is apparently able to provide up to 6.5 hours of Internet surfing. The new Illegear Laguna can now be obtained directly through Illegear’s website with a starting price of RM 6,299.
