Shopee is getting a head start on this year’s Raya celebrations by kicking off its “Cahaya Raya” campaign. The mobile marketplace is offering up to 90% in discounts throughout the site and has also prepared up to RM50,000 in prizes for its loyal users.
Shopee will be having its 45-day Giveaway with prizes worth up to RM25,000 throughout the campaign. The mechanics is simple, all the user needs to do is just input their Shopee username on the website and they’ll be in the running to win the prize of the day.
Apart from the discounts and prizes, Shopee is also introducing its Cash-On-Delivery (COD) programme. In collaboration with Pos Malaysia, Shopee will now have a new COD payment method that allows buyers to pay for their items when they’re delivered.
Shopee’s Cahaya Raya campaign will be running from the 15th of May to the 30th of June and it will feature over 20 mini campaigns. These mini campaigns include special sales, giveaways, timed sales, and free data giveaways. Other than that, Shopee will also be organising mini contests like “Make a Wish For Mom”, “Selamat Berbuka Snaps”, “Berapa Duit Raya”, just to name a few.
