It has come to our knowledge that Maxis has introduced a rather interesting offering for its Hotlink prepaid customers through what the company called as Happy Hour. Basically, Hotlink customers are now able to enjoy free 1GB of data on daily basis.
That being said, there are certain things that customers need to take note when it comes to Hotlink Happy Hour though. For example, the free 1GB of data is only applicable for customers that purchased these Internet passes:
Additionally, the free data can only be redeemed once per day from 7am to 7pm. In case you are wondering, yes, you need to manually redeem it either through Hotlink Red app or by dialing *868 on daily basis.
Once redeemed, the free data is also only valid for one hour which explained why it is called Happy Hour. All in all, this is certainly a rather interesting way for Maxis to manage the distribution of free data to its Hotlink customers.
