After releasing several teasers for the past few days,  it seems that Xiaomi Malaysia is finally ready to unveil its new device for our market. Even though the company has yet to reveal the name of the device, the latest video teaser that was posted on its official Facebook page clearly showed Redmi Note 4.

Furthermore, it is the same teaser video used by Xiaomi India for the launch of Redmi Note 4 in its market earlier this year. What made things more interesting is that the Xiaomi Malaysia’s teaser also stated that the unveiling will take place through its social media channels at 12PM on 8 March which is tomorrow.

Meanwhile, there is also lingering question of specifications for the Malaysian market. As you might know, the Redmi Note 4 that was released in China is powered by MediaTek Helio X20 processor while the variant that is available in India is running on Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor instead.

Furthermore, customers in India are able to obtain the phone with up to 4GB of RAM while it is limited to 3GB RAM in China. Apart from these components, they are pretty much identical with each other as both still feature 5.5-inch full HD display, up to 64GB internal storage, 13MP PDAF rear camera, 5MP front camera, and 4,100mAh battery.

Well then, stay tuned for more information regarding the arrival of Redmi Note 4 in Malaysia once it is made official by Xiaomi tomorrow.
