Google Maps on the web has been allowing users to key in multiple destinations for a while now, and it looks like the internet giant has finally decided to bring this feature to its mobile app. The feature was discovered by Android Police in the teardown of Maps v9.31 beta last week, and it seems like it is currently being rolled out to users.

Like the web version, the next time you are headed out and will be stopping by at different places, Google will be able to navigate you through all of them, along with an estimate of how long the trip will take. This is definitely a handy feature, especially if you are meeting someone and you need to give them a time estimate.

Multiple Destinations on Google Maps Mobile AppAccording to Android Police, it looks like this update is switched on at the server’s side, not an update to the Maps app. The feature should be rolling out soon and you’ll know that you’ve gotten it when you see a new plus icon below the directions field in the Google Maps app.

Multiple destinations feature on Google Maps is currently available for Android. Let’s keep our fingers crossed that Google will roll it out to iOS users as well.
