trident zG.Skill – a Taiwanese computer hardware manufacturer – recently announced a new addition to its series of ultra high performance DDR4 RAM lineup. The new RAM kits will be included in the Trident Z family, G.Skill’s extreme performance series. G.Skill is well-known for manufacturing extreme performance computer hardware and gaming peripherals.

The new Trident Z RAMs will be available in 8GB modules with frequencies ranging from 3600MHz up to an eye-popping 4133MHz. The new RAM kits will come with the latest XMP 2.0 overclocking profiles. In addition, G.Skill says that the new Trident Z RAMs are using “ultra-high quality Samsung ICs.” Besides that, the RAM kits are designed to perform at their best when paired with Intel’s 6th Generation Core Processors and Z170 platforms.

The new Trident Z kits will be available in 16GB (2x8GB) and 32GB (4x8GB) kits.  Interestingly, the higher frequency (3866MHz – 4133MHz) RAM kits only comes with the 16GB option. Unfortunately, G.Skill did not mention the price of its new RAM kits nor did they mention the release date. However, it would be safe to say that these ultra high performance RAM kits won’t come cheap.
