On top of bringing in the Sony Xperia Z3+, Sony is also offering its latest Cyber-shot RX100 IV in Malaysia. The camera is available for purchase immediately for a retail price of RM3,799.
The Sony Cyber-shot RX100 is without a doubt one of the most powerful compact cameras available in the market in the market. The RX100 IV looks similar to other RX100 cameras, however, Sony has packed the device with even more exciting features on board.
First up, the RX100 IV still uses the same 24-70mm equivalent F1.8-2.8 lens as the RX100 III. It boasts the “world’s first stacked 1.0”-type CMOS sensor with a DRAM chip, and together, they allow enable more than five times faster readout of image data.

Other notable features found on the RX100 IV include the ability to capture video in 4K resolution (up to 5 minutes), 40x super slow motion (in 960fps, 480fps and 240fps), pop-up SVGA OLED electronic viewfinder with 2.35 million dots (RX100 III only has 1.44m dots), and an ultra-fast anti-distortion shutter with maximum speed of 1/32000 seconds.
