While several telco plan promotions may be over – Celcom is no longer offering its First Basic 38 plan and Digi’s RM36 for its SmartPlan 50 ended just last week, the whole telco war is far from ending. U Mobile just launched a #FreeInternetForLife campaign, which will most likely be launched in the “industry-changing” event that will be happening this Thursday, 23 July 2015. The telco is also giving away 3 iPhone 6 for those who Tweet about the campaign.
To win an iPhone 6, all you need to do is Tweet about #FreeInternetForLife. U Mobile will be giving away one iPhone 6 (16GB) to every 20,000th Tweet about the campaign. The contest starts today and will end upon the 60,000th Tweet count and each participant can only win once.
That’s not all, as you Tweet, U Mobile will slowly uncover the pixelated image on its #FreeInternetForLife website to “unleash a big surprise”. U Mobile will be launching an “industry-changing” service on Thursday, 23 July 2015, so it could very well be something that relates to giving free internet forever.
The invitation we received last week says that we should “expect even bigger data and voice allocations, as well as other attractive services designed to empower consumers to stay connected”. What do you think U Mobile’s big surprise is? Check out FreeInternetForLife.com.my now for more information and to stand a chance to win a brand new iPhone 6.
