At the regional launch of the Huawei P8, Huawei announced that on top of just getting a device when you purchase the P8, you will also get VIP treatment such as one to one exchange, free delivery service and more.
For the first 12 months after you buy the Huawei P8, the company will offer a one to one exchange. This is part of the company’s aim to offer the best to its customers from giving them a quality device at an affordable price, as well as first class after sales service.
On top of that, customers will also receive free delivery service, one free protective screen replacement, and 3 months LCD screen warranty. This is similar to what Samsung is offering for its Galaxy S6 and S6 edge, with free personalised pick-up service for their latest flagship smartphones.
It’s definitely nice to see companies focusing on after sales services, offering customers more than just a device. In Western Europe for example, the Huawei P8 comes with 3-year warranty with next-day or three-day turnaround time for repairs of the device.
