Other than the epix, fenix 3, and vivoactive, Garmin is also bringing in the vivofit 2 along with its STYLE collection to Malaysia. The vivofit is an activity tracker that features a slim profile with interchangeable accessory bands to fit the user’s aesthetic tastes.
The vivofit 2 has an always-on display which showcases important information users need like calories burned, steps taken, daily goal and of course, the time. It also has a visual move bar displayed on the watchface, which will sound via an audible alert to remind users to get up and move. The vivofit 2 also features an activity timer that tracks the time of an individual workout.
The fitness band boasts one-year of battery life on the fitness band. Besides that, it has customisation options as well. The normal accessory bands come in multiple colours, letting users switch out the bands to match their look. To switch things up, the Style Collection’s Signature Series is Garmin’s answer to a more classy and chic-looking accessory. It includes bands made from premium materials like leather and stainless steel.
Fitness junkies can connect their smartphones to the vivofit 2 via the Garmin Connect mobile app, found on both iOS and Android. The fitness band is now officially available in any authorised Garmin retailer in Malaysia and it will retail for RM520 and RM720 for the heart rate monitor bundle which comes in black or white.
