Not too long ago, Samsung has released a series of teasers regarding a new feature of its upcoming flagship smartphone that focuses on speed and “giving you more time.” Coincidentally, the company has also written on its official blog regarding the progress of wireless charging. Is this an indication of fast wireless charging on the Galaxy S6?
In the blog post, Samsung details the history of wireless charging and the benefits of this technology. The article was ended with the following statement:
With our upcoming Galaxy smartphones, users will be able to enter a new wireless world like never before.

More likely than not, this is an indication of a wireless charging feature on the Galaxy S6. When taken together with the series of teasers published on Samsung’s Facebook and Twitter accounts that emphasises on speed and time, a fast wireless charging feature doesn’t sound too far-fetched.
Of course, the teasers are very vague to give a confirmation of any sort for this feature. But the power icon on the teaser images do give credibility to it. In any case, Samsung sure is building up a lot of hype for its new flagship smartphone. We’ll find out soon enough when MWC 2015 is here.
