Vivo Malaysia Xshot Preorder

Remember Vivo, the Chinese phone manufacturer that we mentioned before last month? Well, it looks like they will be launching products here in Malaysia very soon as Vivo Malaysia opens up a preorder for the Vivo Xshot Elite Version. The Vivo Xshot is a camera-centric smartphone from the company, which features high-end specs and a 13MP rear shooter with f/1.8 lens and optical image stabilization on board.

Available in Vivo Malaysia’s Facebook page, the preorder is available immediately and will run until Tuesday, 5 August 2014. According to their post, they will be offering the white version for the preorder, and the first 100 customers will also get a free premium gift package.

To preorder, you’ll need to send a private message to Vivo Malaysia on Facebook with the message “Model: vivo Xshot Elite WHITE” followed by your personal details. You’ll need to pay RM100 as a confirmation, and send Vivo Malaysia the successful transaction slip in order to secure yourself a unit of the Xshot. Check out Vivo Malaysia to find out more.

The Vivo Xshot was announced about two months ago. The device comes in two different variants and the one offered in this preorder is the lower-end one – Elite that retails at RM1599. The Xshot Elite features a 5.2” Full HD IPS display and is powered by a 2.3GHz Snapdragon 800 quad-core processor with 2GB of RAM on board and 16GB of expandable storage.

As for the camera, it features Sony’s latest second-generation stacked CMOS 13MP sensor paired with a bright f/1.8 6p lens. It also has a dual-tone LED flash as well as optical image stabilization on board. As for the front camera, the Xshot Elite features a massive 8MP f/2.4 sensor with wide-angle lens and yes, it has LED flash too just like the Sony Xperia C3 that was just announced two weeks ago, and the Acer Liquid E3 that is currently available for preorder in Malaysia.
