Be excited, be very excited because it looks like Xiaomi is finally heading to Malaysia SOON! Xiaomi Malaysia (yes, Xiaomi Malaysia has a Facebook page) just teased that “something wonderful is about to happen” tomorrow, will the Chinese company finally reach Malaysia? We think so!
We all knew that this would be happening, Xiaomi did mention before on several accounts that they will be coming to Malaysia soon and it looks like tomorrow is the auspicious date for the Chinese company. The teaser reads “Something wonderful is going to happen tomorrow. Any ideas?”, we hope the company has got more to announce than just coming to Malaysia!
Just this morning Xiaomi Singapore announced a price cut for the Mi 3 (16GB) from SGD$419 to SGD$339 – that’s SGD$80 in savings. In addition to that, it looks like they do not have any problems with stock because according to the update on Xiaomi Singapore’s page, lucky Singaporeans can purchase the Mi 3 any time from now on at www.mi.com. Does this mean that the company will be launching the Mi3S, a 4G LTE enabled Mi 3, soon? Will they announce that in Malaysia? Only time will tell.
