All you need to do is sign up for a 12- or 24-month contract with either a SurfMore50 or SurfMore75 postpaid plan, and Maxis will be giving you up to 5GB of free internet for up to 3 months depending on the package you pick.
Get 1 month of “free internet access” when you sign up for a 12 months contract, or 3 months of free internet when you sign up for a 24 months contract. The “free internet” will be given back to you in the form of rebate, which will be reflected in the first month bill for the 12 month commitment period offer, and first 3 months for 24 months commitment period offer. Shall you terminate your contract before it’s over, you will be charged for the amount of “free internet” as shown in the tables below:

The offer is valid immediately until 20 June 2014, the promotion is only available for new and existing Maxis subscribers who are not under an existing contract.
As for existing Maxis who are looking for a supplementary line, Maxis is also having another on-going promotion for its SurfMore30 supplementary plan that gets you 50% discount for your second supplementary line. For the registration of a 2nd SurfMore30 line, you will get a RM15 rebate each month for 12 consecutive months, which means that you’ll only need to pay RM15 monthly to enjoy 1GB of data (12-months contract applies).
