As you might have heard plenty of times before, the Sony PlayStation 4 will be released here in Malaysia on this coming Friday, 20 December. However, that doesn’t mean you are able to obtain the console from Sony at the stroke of midnight – as far as the official arrangement goes.
Instead, gamers will only able to get their hands on the new game console starting from 2PM onwards. The collection time applies to both pre-order customers and walk-in customers.
PlayStation Asia have also stated that PS4 will be made available at selected Sony Centres but didn’t list them out right, somehow. Hence, my advice to folks out there that didn’t pre-order a PS4 and are planning to casually walk into a store to purchase the console is to visit Sony Store in Suria KLCC and The Curve as well as participating game stores that are listed here.
By doing that, you might be able to avoid visiting Sony Centre that didn’t stock PS4 for this Friday. For gamers that lives outside of Klang Valley, do contact the nearest Sony Centre for further confirmation.
