Just barely a month after it appeared on stage at Nokia World in Abu Dhabi, the new Nokia Asha 502 is now here in Malaysia. As one of the new Nokia Asha 500 series trio that was launched over there, Asha 502 features the trio’s signature transparent, multi-layered chassis deign together with the latest version of Nokia Asha platform that first introduced on Asha 501.
Built with a 3-inch QVGA display, the device also packs a 5-megapixels camera with LED flash at the back. This camera can be accessed easily via swipe gestures which one of the new features that the latest edition of Nokia Asha platform offers. Additionally, the platform’s Fastlane feature has been updated to offer users with more customization options and deeper integrations with social networks.

Since the version that is released in Malaysia is a dual SIM model, the Nokia Asha 502 is equipped with the company’s Easy Swap Dual SIM capability that allows users to switch between SIM cards without the need to reboot the device. While Asha 502’s mobile networks is limited to 2G speed, the device does come with Wi-Fi connectivity when the situation calls for faster Internet connection.
Available immediately at Nokia dealers with three color options (bright red, yellow, and black), the new Nokia Asha 502 Dual SIM is priced at RM 319.
