Dell Malaysia has officially begun selling its XPS 13 powered by Intel Wildcat Lake processors in Malaysia. To that end, the laptop is already being listed on the brand’s official product page.
There are options available, but it should be noted that they are limited, as is the number of customisations being offered. Specifically, Dell is merely offering two SKUs for the XPS 13, with both rocking the same Wildcat Lake CPU.
That CPU is the Intel Core 5 320, and the only difference between the two XPS 13 models are the memory configurations. Consumers get either 8GB LPDDR5X-7467 RAM or 16GB. Storage is uniform across the board at 512GB PCIe 4.0.
Moving on, both XPS 13 SKUs ship out with the same 13.4-inch QHD (2,560 x 1,440) InfinityEdge touch display, with a variable refresh rate between 30Hz and 120Hz. The addition of a touch display is quite enticing here, given the specs being offered with the lineup.
Powering the laptop is a 3-cell 52Whr battery which, again, is standard across both models. To charge it, the XPS 13 Wildcat Lake laptop comes with a 65W USB-C GaN charger. Ports-wise, the laptop comes with two USB-C ports, one on each side. And that’s it. There are no additional USB-A ports or a card reader, given how slim the laptop is. Oh, and it also has a starting weight of 1kg, making it one of the lightest productivity laptop on the market.
Pricing for the XPS 13 starts at RM3,819 for the model with 8GB LPDDR5X RAM, while the 16GB variant retails for RM4,499. The laptop is available in two colourways, Graphite and Sky.
