Shenzhen-based company Kospet has officially launched two new rugged smartwatches: the Tank T4 and the Tank M4. Designed for outdoor activities, both wearables are a part of the brand’s Tank series. The two watches largely share the same specifications, differing in design.
The T4 model sports a 1.43-inch AMOLED display with a 466×466 pixel resolution, a 60Hz refresh rate, and a peak brightness of 1,000 nits. Meanwhile, the M4 gets a bigger 1.96-inch AMOLED screen. This display features a 410×502 pixel resolution, as well as the same 60Hz refresh rate and peak brightness of 1,000 nits. Both watches come with IP69K and 10 ATM ratings, and boast MIL-STD-810H certification.
In terms of features, the devices are equipped with dual-band GNSS, offline maps, Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity, and a built-in walkie-talkie function. A VC9213 4PD biometric sensor handles health tracking, including heart rate and blood oxygen monitoring. Other health-related functions include tracking for mood, stress, and sleep stages.
As for fitness features, the two watches include 23 ApexMotion pro sports modes, and more than 160 freestyle training modes. These are available via the Apexmove app, along with personalised workout plans. The wearables are capable of automatically detecting six types of activities, offering real-time guidance and workout summaries.
Aside from that, the T4 and the M4 feature dedicated diving modes, with support for up to 45m of free, scuba, or gauge diving. These modes include metrics for depth, no-decompression time (NDL), temperature, and ascent or descent speeds.
Moreover, the watches pack a 500mAh cobalt battery, which promises up to 15 days of typical usage. In continuous GPS mode, wearers can get 22 hours of battery life. According to Kospet, the devices take around two hours to charge.
The two smartwatches are available for purchase via the brand’s official stores on Shopee, Lazada, as well as TikTok Shop. Alternatively, prospective buyers can acquire the wearables through authorised retailers nationwide. Both the Tank T4 and the Tank M4 retail for RM699. The company will also announce early bird bundles and exclusive giveaways on its social media platforms.
