Bowers & Wilkins has unveiled a new McLaren Edition of its Pi8 true wireless earbuds. As the name suggests, it features the automaker’s and its F1 team’s branding, finished in the signature Galvanic Grey and Papaya Orange colour scheme, while retaining the original model’s specifications.
To recap, the Pi8 TWS launched alongside the Pi6 model back in August of last year. The earbuds are equipped with 12mm carbon cone drivers, engineered for clarity and dynamic range, and come with improved active noise cancellation (ANC) developed in-house by B&W.
Battery life on the Pi8 reaches up to 6.5 hours on a single charge, with the charging case offering an additional 13.5 hours. Additionally, it supports Bluetooth 5.4 connectivity, delivers 24-bit, 96kHz audio over aptX Adaptive with support for aptX Lossless, and is rated IP54 for dust and water resistance.
The Bowers & Wilkins Pi8 McLaren Edition is set to arrive in Malaysia by late May 2025, priced at RM2,999. Pre-orders will be available starting 15 May via TC Acoustic’s official website, Sonos Concept Store at Starhill, Bowers & Wilkins Official Store on Lazada, as well as selected local retailers including Flash Gadget, PC Image, and Thunder Match.
