Following the debut of the Momentum True Wireless 4 earlier this year, Sennheiser recently announced a new pair of earbuds that are slightly more affordable than its flagship pair, the Accentum True Wireless. Per its usual fashion, the company seems to have listed the new earphones on its Malaysian website without any announcement.
The Accentum True Wireless comes with 7mm dynamic “TrueResponse” transducers as well as a five-band EQ that lets you customise the sound through its Smart Control app. It is also equipped with active noise cancellation and a transparency mode, although how much it is capable of cancelling (in terms of decibels) is undisclosed. On the protection side, the buds themselves have an IP54 rating for dust and water resistance.
For the battery life, the brand claims that the earbuds can last up to eight hours on a single charge without ANC and six hours with ANC enabled, with a total usage time of 28 hours when paired with the charging case. The case can be charged both through USB-C and wirelessly. Connectivity-wise, it supports Bluetooth 5.3, LE audio, and Auracast.
The Accentum True Wireless comes in three colour options and will retail in Malaysia for RM1,099. It is currently listed as out of stock on its website and it has yet to be made available on its e-commerce stores, so it is currently unknown when the earbuds will be available for sale.
