Tune Protect has launched FlexiOne, a new customisable insurance solution that lets you mix and match coverages according to your preferences, budgets and needs. According to the service provider, the plan is intended for first-time buyers and those on a shoe-string budget, with premiums starting from as low as RM5 a month.
With FlexiOne, customers are given the flexibility to build their coverage plan based on three available offerings: Flexi Life, Flexi Medic, and/or Flexi Critical Illness. You can choose to select just one, two or all three together, and could even choose to upgrade or downgrade at any time according to their financials and life stages. Furthermore, you customise the sum assured for each plan; with up to RM210,000 for Flexi Life, up to RM150,000 for Flexi Medic, and up to RM240,000 for Flexi Critical Illness.
Alongside the plan, Tune Protect also introduced a new AI virtual assistant known as “Tracy”, available via its official website. After answering some on-screen questions, Tracy will then recommend three best-suited FlexiOne insurance packages for you. Interestingly, one question asks which smartphone model you are using, likely as a way to gauge your income level.
On the recommendation screen, you can choose to customise your preferred package further by clicking the pencil button. From here, you’ll be able change the sum assured by adjusting the sliders on each coverage plan, which will also change the amount charged per month accordingly. Once all of that has been determined, you will then be prompted to answer a couple more questions, as well as provide your personal details before checking out.
On top of providing customers with an affordable insurance solution through FlexiOne, Tune Protect also assures that the plan follows its 3:3:3 customer promise. Thanks to the digital nature of its products and services, the company promises to provide a quick quote within three minutes, a three-hour response time, and claims payout within three days upon approval.
To commemorate the launch, Tune Protect is offering two months free FlexiOne insurance, up to a total of RM300 for purchases made through its B2C platform. Additionally, customers are eligible to join the Refer and Earn campaign where each successful referral will entitle the customer to RM20 of referral fee.
