Headphones these days come in a variety of form factors. From more traditional over-ear cans and earbuds that plug your ear canal, to those that sit on your temple and give you sound via bone conduction, you’re basically spoiled for choice. But if you’ve ever wanted your audio product to also double as jewelry, then the Nova H1 Audio Earrings are for you.

As the name suggests, the Nova H1 are actual earrings as they are real audio products. One version lets you wear it the traditional way, with a stud to go through you ear piercing, while another clips on to your ear if you’re not into piercings. Either way, they sit pretty far away from your ear canal or the part of the cheekbones where conventional bone conduction headphones rest. Instead, they act more like miniature speakers that beam sound towards your ear canal, kind of like the original Sony LinkBuds.

As for its measurements, each earring measures in at about 7.7g, and measures 27.3mm x 17.5mm x 13.2mm. The Nova H1 connects to Android or iOS devices via Bluetooth 5.2, and naturally, come with a charging case.

Battery size varies alongside the finish, as the gold variant of the Nova H1 Audio Earrings look to have very slightly shorter battery life than the silver one. Comparing the two, the former provides 3.5 hours of playback time with the charging case giving another 14 hours. The latter, on the other hand, is rated at 4 + 16 hours. As for the batteries themselves, the company says that they are meant to be easily replaceable, since as the earrings themselves are meant to be actual worn vanity items.

For their prices, the gold Nova H1 Audio Earrings are priced at EUR695 (~RM3247), while the silver ones come with a EUR595 (~RM2780) price tag. For now, it looks like its availability is limited to in and around Europe, and there’s no word if it will be made available elsewhere yet.
