Samsung Malaysia has confirmed the prices for the local releases of the standard, Plus, and Ultra variants of the newly unveiled Galaxy Tab S8 Series. Just in case you missed it, all three devices were recently launched during the year’s first Samsung Unpacked event earlier today, alongside the new Samsung Galaxy S22 flagship smartphones.
As expected, the Malaysian Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 series’ will only be offered in a Wi-Fi only configuration, and are also available in a single memory configuration for each model. Specifically, the standard variant will arrive with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage, the Plus with 8GB + 256GB, while the high-end Ultra model comes with 12GB + 256GB.
The local release will retain the same colour options offered for the trio. As mentioned in our previous article, both the standard and Plus versions of the Galaxy Tab S8 are available in Silver, Pink Gold, and Graphite, while the Ultra only comes in the latter colourway.

Price-wise, the vanilla Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 retails at RM3,299, the Plus at RM4,599, and the Ultra is offered at RM5,899. Pre-orders for all three devices are available starting today (10 February) until 3 March 2022 via Samsung Experience Stores, authorised partners, and Samsung Malaysia Online Store.
In conjunction with the long-awaited arrival of its latest flagship tablets, Samsung Malaysia is also offering a variety of free gifts along with each purchase while stocks last. Those pre-ordering a Galaxy Tab S8 device are entitled to receive an S Pen, an official Book Cover Keyboard, one year subscription to Microsoft 365 Personal, and a Neoprene Pouch. In addition, buyers are also offered a 30% discount for one year of Samsung Care+ Protection warranty service.
