Pos Malaysia has announced that it will implement the usage of e-Consignment notes starting August 17, 2020. This would allow walk-in customers to print their own consignment notes for parcels at all PosLaju outlets or kiosks nationwide.

According to the company, customers would no longer need to fill out physical consignment notes when dropping off their parcels at the aforementioned locations. Instead, they could do it digitally beforehand via its mobile app or the official PosLaju website.

On top of that, users could also easily make corrections on their e-Consignment notes prior to printing, thus reducing any potential errors before delivery. Pos Malaysia claims that this approach would ease the tracking and tracing process as well.

As mentioned earlier, you can access the e-Consignment note via the Pos Malaysia mobile app which is available on Android and iOS. Alternatively, you could also use the EziSend service via the PosLaju official website via this link.
