This month, the Epic Games Store (EGS) will be giving away four titles for free. From today until 9 April, you can now add the titles Drawful 2, Gone Home, and Hob into your library.
According to its official description, Drawful 2 is a casual multiplayer party game that requires one player to draw out their subject in a “weird and funny” way, while the other players try to guess and decipher the topic before the timer runs out. What’s interesting is that the game will take those answers and transform them into a multiple-choice format, after which players will need to guess the correct one.
Moving down the list, Gone Home is an indie title by The Fullbright Company. The game puts you in the shoes of a person returning home after a year abroad, only to find their family home empty, and the members missing. As you can guess at this point, you’ll be required to explore the home and search for clues left behind by your family. In hopes of unravelling the mystery behind their absence.
The third title, Hob is an adventure exploration game made by the creators of the Torchlight series, Runic Games. Emphasis on exploration. Based in a vibrant world filled with greenery, the game is a combination of open-world and side-scrolling combat, plus the occasional puzzle-solving quests that litter the game.
The fourth title, Sherlock Holmes Crime and Punishment, will only be available from 9 April until 17 April. As with all Sherlock Holmes titles, players take on the role of the titular character and, in this case, use the detective’s incredible deduction skills to solve a total of six cases, all entwined in murder, mystery, theft, and missing people.
