Garmin has just recently announced the Venu smartwatch in Malaysia. The sports watch was first announced last month, and it didn’t take too long for it to get to our shores.
One of the key features of the Venu is that it features a 1.2-inch always on AMOLED 390 x 390 display. Despite this, Garmin says that you can still expect it to have a battery life of up to five days with normal usage, or up to six hours with GPS active.
Being a health-monitoring smartwatch, you can expect to find a plethora of health-related tracking tools. These range from the usual heart rate and stress level monitoring, to the new hydration tracker. There’s even a menstrual cycle tracker built into the Venu.
The Garmin Venu comes with a price tag of RM1799. Two of the colour variants, Black with Slate and Light Sand with Rose Gold, will be available starting 9 October. The remaining two, Black with Gold and Granite Blue with Silver, will hit the shelves a month later.
