It came without any warning but here we are: Apple has just unveiled a brand new iPod touch, almost four years after the previous model. The company has yet to reveal the device’s availability for Malaysia but its official pricing alredy shown on Apple Malaysia’s website.
In general, the new iPod touch costs slightly less than its predecessor although the 16GB and 64GB options have been discontinued. Here is the full price list for the device in Malaysia:
iPod Touch 32GB: RM 899
iPod Touch 128GB: RM 1,349
iPod Touch 256GB: RM 1,799
In terms of colourways, the device can be obtained in Pink, Silver, Space Gray, Gold, Blue, and (PRODUCT)RED. For those who opt to purchase the new iPod touch directly at Apple Malaysia’s online store, they are eligible for free engraving.
As mentioned earlier, the exact availablity date for the new iPod touch is not yet know at the moment. So, keep a close look at Apple Malaysia’s website for its actual release status.
